His services include tenant-, buyer- and investor representation, space need-, location- and financial analysis, site selection, transaction management and business brokerage. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, CCIM designee, and member of the CCIM Institute, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB).
Prior to founding Sidecar in 2020, Jim served as Vice President for the Office & Industrial Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC in Dallas, TX. During his six year tenure at the firm, Jim participated in over 150 sale and/or lease transactions and consulting projects, and was one of Henry S. Miller’s Top 10 Producers and a D CEO Power Broker in 2016 and 2017. Earlier career roles included working as a strategic marketing, business development and sales professional at world-class multinational organizations including Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls and Brady Corporation. With this background, he can offer clients unique strategic planning and project management capabilities. His career experience has molded his abilities to research and quickly analyze market data, identify business opportunities, develop strategies and execute unique and complex solutions for clients.
Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Jim earned an MS in Management-International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University. He also served for six years in the U.S. Army Reserve. Jim and his family have lived in Frisco, TX since 2011 and in his spare time, he enjoys family and community activities, travel and sports.

Jessica has been a Real Estate Agent since 2016, primarily focusing on helping corporate clients find space in the DFW metroplex. She previously focused on Landlord representation where she successfully helped multiple owners increase building occupancy. She was also an area sales manager and operations manager for Regus and Hilton prior to becoming licensed. The knowledge and experience she learned at these companies led her to start her commercial real estate career.
Jessica was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, where she earned her bachelor’s in business with a focus on Marketing Management from the University of Memphis. Jessica lives with her big 60-pound baby boxer in North Dallas and enjoys working out, playing with her boxer, and spending time with her beautiful nieces.
